Shipping policy

ANVEL currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, promotions, or new collection launches.

Shipping Fee

ANVEL offers a flat shipping rate of $5.99 on U.S. orders.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ANVEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. ANVEL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact ANVEL as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact ANVEL so we can assist you with the next steps.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. ANVEL may assist with carrier inquiries when appropriate.
