At ANVEL, we want every piece to arrive in a condition that meets our standards of quality and presentation.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, or other signs of wear
• In its original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging intact

How to Start a Return

Please contact ANVEL before sending your item back. Your return request must be approved before the item is shipped.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. ANVEL is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact ANVEL as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Final Sale Items

Any items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

ANVEL reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
